      I expected just a business transaction BUT I didn’t expect to be treated like a real person and not just a file or case. Zack was fantastic and specifically reached out to me and kept me informed. Jeff was especially considerate. Their customer service went above my expectations. I honestly didn’t expect this type of treatment from a law firm. I’m happy that I was wrong BUT then again, we SHOULD always expect good customer service. I’ve already referred 2 of my friends.
